SALES EXECUTIVE

Do you have outstanding knowledge of the Leisure industry? Are you an expert in developing new business by contacting potential clientele?

Lakeview Holiday Cottages, Somerset’s most luxurious holiday cottage provider are looking for a driven Sales Executive to join their professional team based in Huntworth, Somerset.

You must be an experienced Sales Executive from the leisure industry with exceptional commercial knowledge of hotels and holiday cottages as your duties will involve contacting new businesses, negotiating terms and closing a sale.

This is a fantastic opportunity for sales driven candidates who enjoy selling and building relationships on the phone, face to face and on email whilst receiving excellent commission for each sale confirmed.

SALES EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION:

– Contacting potential clientele, selling the benefits of the staying in our cottages.

– Maintain existing relationships with quarterly contact by phone, and email.

– Negotiate all terms of agreement for all new clients and close the sale.

– Chase any outstanding quote leading to a sale.

– Source new leads suitable for the company’s, including the construction industry.

– Helping other departments when required.

SALES EXECUTIVE PERSON SPECIFICATION:

– Must be from the leisure industry and from a sales driven environment.

– A passion for selling on the phone and sales driven.

– Able to source new contacts on your own to expand the Lakeview Holiday Cottage brand.

– Previous experience in maintaining and developing business.

– Commercially aware of developing leads and a keen eye to detail.

– Familiar with Microsoft Office is required, an understanding of Supercontrol would be highly beneficial.

SALES EXECUTIVE PACKAGE:

The successful Sales Executive will receive a very competitive basic salary plus commission. This is a Monday to Friday role in a great location in Somerset.
