At Lakeview Holiday Cottages there is something for everyone to do. We have plenty of outdoor and indoor activities for all the family to enjoy. You can take advantage of your time together and do something as a whole family, whilst finding your own time to take a breath and go for a countryside stroll.

For kids

For the kids we have an outside playground which will keep them entertained whilst dinner is being prepared. The playground is suitable for all ages so all the children can go and play together. We have our own private lake which you fish on, so this will be the ideal time to teach you child how to fish! We are near to many attractions which are child friendly and fun including wookie caves, cycle hire, nature safaris and horse riding. And even if the weather isn’t great the kids can make the most of our wifi internet and dvd player that comes with every holiday cottage!

For the grown ups

It can be endless fun spending the day with the kids but come the evening you just need some grown up time. Our luxury holiday cottages are self-catering so if you’re a keen cook then you can happily spend the evening making a delicious meal for the adults in our fully equipped kitchen, then settle down on the sofa and watch a dvd on a flat screen TV. Or, if you fancy eating out we are walking distance to local pubs, restaurants and bars – our staff can recommend good places to eat and make your reservation for you.

Adjacent Cottages

If you call us direct our team can see if we can book all your family in adjacent holiday cottages if there is more than six of you. We often have groups of families book out two or three cottages and it makes everything that little bit easier when trying to round everyone up for lunch or a walk.
